PERSONAL LASER BRAVO SERIES

Personal Laser (PL) is a universal laser cutting system for slab materials, exploiting the latest generation of sealed laser sources (co2). Personal laser is a  compact laser system which  meets the demands of different  industrial markets.

Accuracy and stability are the main features of this system, as well as  a short optic path  enabling a good quality cutting all over the working area.

The average lifetime of this system is  long and it does not need  frequent upkeeping.

Several sizes (mod. 1217, 1220 and 1531) with  laser sources of different powers ( 100W, 200W, 250W and 500W)  are available.

Thanks to a wide range of  tables for material support  the system meets every request and is suitable for different applications.

PL is the ideal tool for flame polished cuts due to its  high performing  contour capacity.

The mechanic movement is smooth thanks to  the machine control system  on  rectified linear guides.

Personal Laser may also be equipped  with a vectorial  marking unit  integrating a galvo head which turns the system into the laser cutting-marking center Personal Bravo (PB).

The laser cutting marking system PB is especially designed for  those users who due to production-demands need a versatile system  matching the potentialities of laser cutting technology with  the speed and manysidness of laser marking technology.

Besides the above-mentioned basic features of the system Personal Laser, the Personal Bravo system  exploits the  peculiar features of  laser marking such as fast marking on huge areas thanks to a positioning control driven system, a time constant quality as well as a 0.2 mm or even thinner spot on 200 x 200 working areas, a boundless excution of marks, graphic signs, logos even on soft materials.

This system is driven by a sophisticated software (see also ICARO).

It drives two different  production units as a consequence it enables to save time  in the working process as the piece is cut and marked by the same system and does not need to be carried from one system to another one.

In short, Personal Bravo means  processing the material from slab to  an accomplished piece   just  in  one operation.
